A standard size of wallpaper is 53cm x 10m (1ft 7in x 32ft 8in) which is usually 5sqm coverage depending on the pattern.
All multiple roll orders will be sent from the same batch. If there is a particular batch number you require, by all means message us and we will do our best to help you.
Providing that the wallpaper is unused and in its original packaging, we will accept returns., within 30 days of purchase. Rolls are returned at the customer’s own expense.
Certainly, we understand you may want to check the colours and texture of wallpaper before purchasing a full roll. If you would like a sample, then find the wallpaper in our online store and click ‘Order a Sample’. Samples cost £2.50 and will be despatched via Royal Mail first Class post. Samples are non-returnable.
Most of the time wallpaper will be rolled the correct way up, however, sometimes some rolls are rolled in reverse. To make sure you put your wallpaper up the correct way we recommend you always unroll the wallpaper and check prior to hanging.

We always do our upmost to supply the highest quality images but due to variations in screen colours and contrast, this can vary slightly. To ensure you’re getting exactly what you want we recommend ordering a sample prior to purchase.

All our orders are dispatched via a trackable Express Delivery service (1-3 working days ) for £5.95, with free delivery on any order over £20 ( UK Mainland Only )
Samples are sent 1st Class Royal Mail for £2.50
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return items, we will be happy to refund a product providing its returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned unopened, un-used and undamaged, and this must be done at the buyer’s cost. We are unable to refund any delivery costs -except where goods received are either faulty or incorrect. We advise any items you wish to send back are adequately packaged to ensure items are not damaged in transit and are tracked to ensure safe return to us.
We suggest that all rolls are inspected prior to hanging as refunds cannot be given once the paper has been hung. We cannot be held responsible for decorators’ costs if the wallpaper has not been checked for faults prior to hanging, please retain all product labels until your decorating is complete.
You should check all wallpaper for faults before and during hanging If by any chance the product is faulty in any way, please notify us immediately, it will sometimes be necessary for us to request a sample of the faulty paper along with the product label, if the item is deemed defective, we will of course be happy to refund you or replace the item.

Once a return has been received and approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 72 hours of receiving returned items.
